Participation:

The fesitval date is Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Although we have estimated the size of our crowd as between 3000-4000, it might be more, especially with good weather.

Process:

Please note: You are responsible for obtaining your own permits and insurance. You will be asked for proof of proper documentation and you will forfeit your booth fee if your paperwork is not in order.

Contact the [State of Minnesota Health Department (http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/eh/food/license/) to obtain your required permits for St. Paul.

Also note that we are unable to refund fees or reschedule the festival in the event of bad weather. We regret we are unable to provide electrical power. Vendors may use their own generators. If you use a generator, we require that you supply a dog house to muffle the noise.
