Vendor Application for 2018
The festival date is Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 10 am to 5 pm. Between 3000 to 5000 visitors enjoy this family tradition, which includes an arts festival, kids' activity tent, music, book sale, family entertainment and more.
If you are accepted as a vendor the fee will be $180 for the day.
Please note: You are responsible for obtaining your own permits and insurance. You will be asked for proof of proper documentation and you will forfeit your booth fee if your paperwork is not in order. Contact the State of Minnesota Health Department to obtain your required permits for St. Paul.
Also note that we are unable to refund fees or reschedule the festival in the event of bad weather. We regret we are unable to provide electrical power. Vendors may use their own generators. If you use a generator, we require that you use a "dog house" to muffle the noise.
Interested vendors should apply by March 31 and we will notify all applicants by April 14.
