Vendor Application for 2019

The festival date is Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 10 am to 5 pm. We estimate that between 3,000 to 5,000 visitors enjoy this family tradition, which includes an arts festival, kids' activity tent, music, book sale, family entertainment and more.

If you are accepted as a vendor the fee will be $180 for the day.

Process:

Please note: You are responsible for obtaining your own permits and insurance. You will be asked for proof of proper documentation and you will forfeit your booth fee if your paperwork is not in order. Contact the State of Minnesota Health Department to obtain your required permits for St. Paul.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund vendor fees or reschedule the festival in the event of bad weather.

We are also unable to provide power for you. You may use your own generator if you need power, and if you do, we require that you use a "dog house" to muffle the noise.

Interested vendors should apply by March 29, 2019 and we will notify all applicants by April 12, 2019. If you are accepted, vendor fees are due by April 26, 2019.
