Paul forges high quality custom kitchen knives from carbon steel with handles made of brass, olive wood, black walnut, ancient bog oak, and other materials. His creations marry culinary function with artistic beauty, making them a joy to use in the kitchen.
For the SAP Arts Festival, Paul will be showing a collection of unique paring knives, chef's knives, and nakiris (japanese vegetable cleavers). The knives will be clad in a variety of handle materials including curly mango wood from Hawaii and domestic black walnut and maple.
